Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tabi.ae and any inquiry, booking, tour, activity, transfer, ticket, private experience or other travel-related service arranged through Tabi.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a booking.
1. About Tabi
Tabi provides access to tours, activities, attractions, transfers, private experiences and other travel-related services across the UAE.
Some experiences may be operated directly by third-party tour operators, attraction providers, transportation companies or other service providers. Where applicable, Tabi acts as a booking and coordination platform between the customer and the relevant service provider.
2. Eligibility to Make a Booking
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a booking through Tabi.
If you make a booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf and are responsible for providing accurate information for all members of the booking.
3. Booking Information
When making an inquiry or booking, you must provide complete and accurate information, including where applicable:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Travel or activity date
- Number of adults and children
- Pickup location
- Participant details
- Any special requirements relevant to the experience
Tabi is not responsible for problems, delays or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from Tabi or the relevant service provider and any required payment has been successfully completed.
An inquiry, quotation request or WhatsApp conversation does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.
Availability may change until the booking has been confirmed.
5. Prices
Prices displayed on tabi.ae or provided through quotations are generally shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on factors such as:
- Date and availability
- Number of participants
- Private or sharing arrangements
- Pickup location
- Seasonal pricing
- Operator pricing changes
- Optional upgrades or additional services
We aim to keep prices accurate, but pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified before the service is provided, we may contact you to correct the price or offer the option to cancel the affected booking.
6. Payments
Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your payment may also be subject to the terms, security procedures and policies of the applicable payment provider.
Any bank charges, foreign currency conversion charges or payment provider fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the tour, activity, ticket, transfer or service provider.
The cancellation conditions applicable to your booking may be stated on the relevant experience page, quotation, booking confirmation or communication provided to you before booking.
Certain bookings may be:
- Fully refundable within a specified cancellation period
- Partially refundable
- Non-refundable
- Non-changeable after confirmation
Where a specific cancellation policy has been provided for your booking, that policy will apply to the relevant service.
8. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or bank. Tabi cannot control the time taken by financial institutions to reflect an approved refund in your account.
Payment processing fees or other non-refundable charges may be excluded from the refund where permitted and where applicable to the booking.
9. No-Shows and Late Arrival
Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point or being available at the confirmed pickup location at the specified time.
Failure to arrive on time may result in:
- Missing the experience or transfer
- Cancellation of the booking
- Loss of the amount paid
- Additional charges for alternative arrangements
Refunds are generally not available for no-shows or missed activities caused by customer delay unless otherwise agreed.
10. Pickup and Transportation
Where pickup is included, customers must provide an accurate pickup location and remain available at the confirmed time.
Pickup times may be approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, route conditions, other scheduled pickups or operational requirements.
Certain locations may require an additional transfer fee or an alternative meeting point. Where applicable, this will be communicated before or after booking.
11. Changes to Tours or Experiences
Tour routes, schedules, timings, attractions, vehicles, activities and inclusions may occasionally change due to operational circumstances.
Changes may result from:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Safety requirements
- Attraction closures
- Operator availability
- Mechanical or transportation issues
- Events outside reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, an equivalent alternative or suitable arrangement may be offered.
12. Weather Conditions
Some activities are dependent on suitable weather and environmental conditions.
Desert activities, water sports, helicopter flights, boat trips, outdoor attractions and similar experiences may be changed, postponed or cancelled where conditions are considered unsafe.
Safety decisions made by the operator, relevant authority, captain, pilot, driver, guide or activity provider must be respected.
13. Third-Party Service Providers
Certain services offered through Tabi are provided by independent third-party operators.
These providers are responsible for the actual delivery, operation and safety of their services and may apply their own terms, restrictions, cancellation policies and participation requirements.
By booking such a service, you may also be required to comply with the applicable provider's terms and operating rules.
14. Activity Requirements and Restrictions
Some experiences may have restrictions relating to:
- Age
- Height or weight
- Physical fitness
- Pregnancy
- Medical conditions
- Swimming ability
- Driving licence requirements
- Identification requirements
- Clothing or safety equipment
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable restrictions before booking and informing us of relevant circumstances where necessary.
A service provider may refuse participation where a customer does not meet mandatory safety or eligibility requirements.
15. Children and Minors
Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult unless the specific experience expressly allows otherwise.
Age classifications and child pricing may vary between service providers. Proof of age may be required for certain tickets or activities.
16. Identification and Travel Documents
Certain experiences may require a passport, Emirates ID, driving licence or other valid identification.
Customers are responsible for carrying any required documents and ensuring that the information provided during booking matches their identification where required.
Tabi is not responsible for denied participation caused by missing, expired or incorrect documentation.
17. Customer Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, operators, venue staff and relevant authorities.
A customer may be refused participation or removed from an experience where their behaviour:
- Creates a safety risk
- Disrupts other customers
- Damages property
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Ignores reasonable instructions from the service provider
No refund may be provided where participation is terminated due to inappropriate or unsafe customer conduct.
18. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours, transfers and activities.
Tabi and relevant service providers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
19. Photos and Media
Some attractions, activities or operators may offer photography or video services. Such services may be subject to separate charges and terms.
Customers should inform the relevant operator where they have concerns regarding photography or recording during an experience.
20. Force Majeure
Tabi will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing a service where caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Extreme weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Strikes or transport disruption
- Road or attraction closures
- Security incidents
- Technical or infrastructure failures
- Other events beyond reasonable control
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tabi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or services.
Where a service is provided by an independent third-party operator, that provider is primarily responsible for the operation and delivery of the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that certain personal information may need to be shared with relevant service providers for the purpose of arranging and completing your booking.
25. Complaints and Service Issues
If you experience an issue with a booking or service, please contact Tabi as soon as reasonably possible so that we can review the matter and, where possible, assist in resolving it.
Supporting information such as booking details, photographs, receipts or communication records may be requested when investigating a complaint.
